Australian-based developer Huon Property Group is preparing their next residential project, submitting plans for a location in Brisbane's Stones Corner. Taking advantage of the 2032 Summer Olympics hub in Woolloongabba, the company plans to construct a 15-level tower at 22 Cleveland Street with 114 apartments.

The development targets owner-occupiers and will feature exclusively two and three-bedroom units. The mix includes 78 two-bedroom apartments (20 with multi-purpose rooms) and 41 three-bedroom apartments (15 with multi-purpose rooms). Additionally, there will be 10 double-storey sky homes, with upper-floor units featuring private rooftop access.
Z Architects designed the tower to appear as “two separate towers, with a substantial central recess along the north-western elevation.” The design preserves original shopfronts and street entrances along Logan Road while incorporating significant landscaping to enhance breathability and reduce heat load.
Apartments feature modern finishes with open-plan living areas flowing onto private balconies offering city and neighbourhood views. The rooftop includes communal facilities featuring a swimming pool, barbecue area, co-working space, cinema, and dining room. Podium-level amenities include a function room, gym, and lounge with terraces.
The project provides 327 car parking spaces across two basement levels, ground level, and podium areas using stacker systems. A cross-block pedestrian link connects Logan Road and Cleveland Street. The site is within four kilometres of Brisbane's CBD and near Stones Corner Busway Station and Buranda Train Station.
