Huon Property Group has received approval for a new residential development at 22 Cleveland Street in Brisbane's Stones Corner. The 15-level apartment tower will contain 114 units, designed by Z Architects.

The mix includes 78 two-bedroom apartments (20 with multi-purpose rooms), 41 three-bedroom units (15 with multi-purpose rooms), and ten double-storey sky homes featuring private rooftop access. The architectural design creates the visual effect of two distinct towers with a central recess on the north-western side.
The larger tower sits on the eastern portion toward Logan Road, while a narrower form faces Cleveland Street. Original shopfronts and awnings along Logan Road will be preserved, though some structures require partial demolition.
Landscaping incorporates deep planting and containerised gardens above podium level to enhance breathability and reduce heat. Apartments feature open-plan living areas and private balconies with city views. Sky home residents gain exclusive rooftop terrace access, while communal facilities include a swimming pool, gym, cinema, co-working space, and dining areas.
The development provides 327 parking spaces across basement and ground levels. A proposed cross-block pedestrian link will connect Logan Road and Cleveland Street, improving connectivity. The site sits within four kilometres of Brisbane's CBD and near Stones Corner Busway Station and Buranda Train Station. Huon Property Group is concurrently developing 170 townhouses in Oxley.
