Huon Property Group has submitted plans for a 15-storey mixed-use development designed to revitalise while preserving the character of Brisbane's Stones Corner precinct. The proposal spans seven lots covering 2,618 square metres fronting Logan Road and Cleveland Street.

The scheme includes 144 apartments (two and three-bedroom units), ten “sky homes” with private terraces, rooftop communal facilities, 181 square metres of ground floor retail and commercial space, and 327 parking spaces across basement and podium levels.
According to the town planning report, “the proposal offers high quality services and design outcomes to positively contribute to the surrounding Stones Corner and Greenslopes community.” The development seeks to maintain Logan Road's commercial character through ground floor retail while setting the tower back to preserve the streetscape's village-like ambiance.
Z Architects designed the scheme, which involves partial demolition of existing Logan Road buildings while retaining original shop fronts, street entrances, and awnings. Full demolition is planned for Cleveland Street structures to accommodate access and essential services.
Rooftop amenities include 600 square metres of communal open space featuring a swimming pool, pool deck, barbecue area, and seating overlooking Brisbane CBD and Hanlon Park. Podium-level facilities comprise a function room, gymnasium, and lounge with terraces.
